Featuring more than 250 iconic pieces from the 1970’s till today, MANOLO BLAHNIK: THE ART OF THE SHOE is a retrospective celebrating 40 years of work by one of the most unique and prolific designers in the history of fashion.

In addition to shoes from the Manolo archives, the exhibition will display prototypes and moulds, his stunning design sketches (which can be rendered as an edition), his personal mementos, photographs and films, videos of his catwalk shows, and images of his most famous clients wearing his shoes, such as Kate Moss, Kylie Minogue, Bianca Jagger, Paloma Picasso and many others.

The exhibition concept goes beyond fashion, with the aim of representing this designer and creator of shoes as a true artist, not only because of his studies in art and architecture, but because of his method of working being that of a true sculptor, painter and engineer. (300m2-500m2)
